
Founded in 2000 by George Putnam, CPS has grown significantly each year since its inception. Initially servicing Oregon and Washington, CPS now has accounts in Anchorage, Alaska, and continues to expand operations in throughout the Nort hwest and beyond.
The overall goal of CPS has always been to provide the highest possible standard of care for blood management. We place special emphasis on POC (point of care) lab issues, QA, QC and QI (quality assurance, control and improvement).
All CPS Perfusionists are certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.
CPS maintains an inventory of the latest Perfusion and Autotransfusion equipment, and ensures that employees receive the most current training regarding the science and practice of this constantly evolving field.
Cooperative Perfusion Services strives to provide the highest quality perfusion-related services to hospitals, manufacturers and medical professionals. Perfusion, Autotransfusion and Platelet Sequestration (PRP) services are available in Oregon, Washington, and in Anchorage, Alaska, with expansion planned for Idaho, California, Arizona, Nevada, and other areas throughout the country.
